ALL REQUESTS MUST RECEIVE FINAL APPROVAL BY CHURCH STAFF. IF APPLICABLE, ALL FEES MUST BE PAID BEFORE THE EVENT WILL BE PLACED ON THE CALENDAR, INCLUDING OFF-CAMPUS & PRIVATE EVENTS.

The Church Office needs a diagram of the arrangement of the room you have requested for your activity. Our Custodial Staff will have the room set up with all the tables, chairs & other large equeipment for you. This diagram is needed as soon as possible. Please make sure that you reference the activity, the dates and times on your diagram so the staff can match it up with your Green Sheet. You may either drop of your diagram at the church during office hours. Or you may email it to the church office at mail@baytownchurch.com.

*SJBA Block Party Trailer: If the San Jacinto Baptist Association Block Party Trailer is needed, it must be reserved through the SJBA. Heather makes all CBBC reservations for their trailer. Use of the Block Party Trailer is at a cost of $100 per date reserved.

To use the Block Party Trailer, you have to go through their set-up/take-down training. If you've not gone through this training, then you will need a CBBC church member who has been trained to use the trailer. They must pick up/drop off the trailer and attend the event to make sure set-up/take-down & technical difficulties are addressed during all events. Contact Heather in the church office for a list of trained church members.

Rectangle tables are 6 ft. long. Round tables are 5 ft. diameter.

The Cleaning Fee is listed for each cloth/skirting per size. i.e. 6 Round Short Cloths at $6.00/ea. = $36.00 cleaning fee.

Private Events:

For all private events (members and non-members), there is a required deposit of $125 that is due prior to your event being put on the calendar and may be refunded pending inspection of facilities. Events held on Saturday are also subject to an additional $50 or $100 custodial fee.
