Youth Ministry
Our student ministry is a great place for teenagers to cultivate relationships with others and to develop a personal relationship with God. The youth meet every Wednesday for Bible study at 6PM in the youth room above the Christian Life Center. They meet for Sunday school at 9AM. Our minister to students plans activities all year for fun and fellowship - and plans a busy summer schedule.
Preschool & Children's Ministry
We want children to develop a loving, life-long relationship with Jesus Christ. There are Sunday Morning Bible Study Classes for all age groups - birth through sixth grade. We have a children's lesson in the morning worship service and parents of each child in the nursery receive a number that can be projected on our large screen if your child needs you. We also have a children's church program during the regular worship time for Kindergarten through second grade.
Adult Ministry
Everyone has a place in Sunday school. We offer a Bible study and prayer time on Wednesday evenings in Room 121 in the Christian Life Center. We also have men's ministry and women's ministry and short-term discipleship studies.
Senior Adults
JOY Fellowship (JOY = Just Older Youth) meets every first Thursday of the month at 10:00 AM in the Christian Life Center for table games. Seniors fellowship with lunch at 11:30AM and enjoy different types of entertainment. The Senior Adults participate in many activities and take exciting trips during the year.
Worship & Music Ministry
The Adult Choir has a blend of contemporary worship songs and hymns using a variety of musical instruments during our worship services. The choir meets each Wednesday at 7PM for practice in the Worship Center. You have the opportunity to sing, play an instrument or even participate in drama presentations.
Food Pantry Ministry
The Food Pantry Ministry has been serving the Baytown community for over 30 years! In concert with Love Network of Baytown, Houston Food Bank and Hearts and Hands, the CBBC pantry has been able to provide much needed food as well as other items to those who have fallen on hard times. These other items include toilet paper, some toiletries, feminine hygiene products, as well as diapers and formula.
